Principal's Message Jefferson Elementary School is a kindergarten through third grade school dedicated to the task and challenge of providing the best educational experience possible to every child.
We offer many exciting and fun activities and programs, including a three-hour After-School program, where children have opportunities for academic tutoring, recreational games, arts and crafts and homework assistance. This program is available to all children at no cost, due to a 21st Century Grant.
Jefferson Elementary School also has on-campus daycare available after school hours until 6:00pm for all children at a reasonable cost, as well as an on-campus pre-school at the Cloverdale Preschool Coop.
The Jefferson School PTA is an active and important organization at our school, providing fine arts programs for our kindergarten through third grade students, including music, art and square dancing.
An ASAY Counselor is available on-campus to assist students. Our part-time counselor also runs self-esteem groups, classroom workshops on behavior and school-wide assemblies on safety.
