The Cloverdale Unified School District's Board of Directors consists of community business leaders, past school administrators and concerned parents.
The main objective of the board is to keep the district focused on learning and achievement for all students. They work to communicate a common vision, remain on task and consistent, operate openly with trust and integrity, govern in a dignified and professional manner, treating everyone with civility and respect.
The board governs within board-adopted policies and procedures, takes collective responsibility for their performance and periodically evaluates their own effectiveness. They ensure opportunities for the diverse range of views in the community to inform board deliberations.
