Our District-wide Theme for 2010-11 is: "CUSD: College and Career Ready"
We are proud of what we have to offer students in our Pre K - 12 unified school district. Our emphasis is on student learning. We use 4 questions to guide all of our work to educate your child.
- What do we want all students to learn?
- How will we know they’ve learned it?
- How will we engage all students in relevant learning?
- What will we do if they do/don’t learn it?
Each student is important to the staff and community. Academic learning, creativity and social and emotional learning are emphasized.
Recent Celebrations include:
- 10 out of 10 ranking for similar schools at Cloverdale High School (CHS) (CHS was the only school of our size to receive this distinction in the Bay Area.)
- Cloverdale High School 6 year WASC accreditation.
- Washington School algebra grant helps support students.
- Superior intervention model for all students.
